Editorial Policy

Every important claim should be labeled Confirmed, Test-build only, Player-reported, or Unconfirmed. Unconfirmed material stays out of titles and search summaries.

Evidence labels

1. Confirmed: Nintendo, FromSoftware, or an official event page said it.
2. Test-build only: true in the Network Test guide, not guaranteed for retail.
3. Player-reported: multiple players or newsrooms described it; official pages have not.
4. Unconfirmed: leaks, guesses, or a single unverified post. Default is to omit these from titles.

Updates

Time-sensitive pages should be re-checked when official information moves. Replaced claims are kept in the change log so older wording does not vanish without a reason.
