The Duskbloods Release Date: Confirmed 2026 Status

The only official window is 2026. Nintendo has not published a month or day. A September 24 date that appeared in preview coverage was denied by a Nintendo spokesperson.

The first sentence is the whole point. Official materials still say 2026, and nothing more precise.

• FromSoftware’s April 2, 2025 press release scheduled the game for 2026 on Nintendo Switch 2.
• The US Nintendo product page lists the release date as 2026.
• The same store page did not show a preorder date in the information checked for this article.

Rumor correction: September 24

Eurogamer asked Nintendo about a 24 September date that appeared at the end of The Guardian’s preview coverage of the game. A Nintendo spokesperson answered that the date was inaccurate because there is no information regarding the release date of The Duskbloods. Eurogamer’s report also noted that other publications on the same trip described the game only as coming later this year, and that the date surfaced one day before the closed network test began.

That denial is the current official position. This site will not recycle the date as if it were waiting for confirmation.
