The Duskbloods Weapons, Upgrades and Powers of Blood

Each test-build Bloodsworn has a named melee tool and, in most cases, a ranged partner. Weapons can take fire or other affinities at Alchemy Forges. Powers of Blood drop from great foes and trespassers; up to five can be manifested at once. This page does not rank a best weapon.

Confirmed weapons in the Network Test

Each of the six test Bloodsworn brings a melee tool, and most pair it with a ranged partner. The official guide names them:

Bloodsworn Melee Ranged or partner
Albert Lorrik’s Jeweled Saber Submachine gun
Bloodhand Jan Bloodthirsty Axe Stone of Sorcery
Trang Lanh Full Moon Blade Thrown as a chakram
Sniper Layla Hieroglyph Katars Sniper rifle
Senator Samir Patres Senate Rapier Soulbird Ring
Zork Undersea Cable Speargun

Alchemy Forge and weapon enhancement

Alchemy Forges appear as a regional feature in the Lands of Dusk. At a forge you can imbue a weapon with fire or another affinity. If you upgrade the weapon again at a matching forge, its enhancement level rises by one. The guide does not publish a cap, a damage formula, or how much one level changes. Treat any number you see elsewhere as unverified.

A separate regional feature covers skills instead of weapons. Bloodsacs wander the land during certain phases. Defeat them and you receive blood crystals that improve your Bloodsworn’s skills.

Powers of Blood

Great foes and trespassers drop Powers of Blood. When you earn one, you pick one of two options. You can manifest up to five acquired powers at a time, and you manage them through the Blood Manifestation and Quick Items menu. When a trespasser fight starts, nearby Bloodsworn get invited to join. The guide does not list the full power catalog, so this page does not invent one.

Items you can pick up

Two items in the guide show how exploration tools work. The Fire Flask sets a raging blaze. The Memorial Stake can be planted in the ground so you revive there after death. Goldblood Stakes restore HP, and you refill them by defeating enemies or finding effects on the map. Items dropped by enemies do not count toward the Collector Commendation. Rarer and newly acquired items contribute more there.

Still unknown

The complete retail weapon list, attack values, scaling formulas, and any honest tier ranking. If a page promises you a best-weapon list today, it is guessing.
